A tribute to our baby "Miss Kitty" |

This is "Miss Kitty" (From the Gunsmoke Character...because she is Calico). Miss Kitty is thirteen and has been diagnosed with cancer. She will be "going home" tomorrow afternoon, and my wife and I miss her already.
She is one of those rare cats who are so affectionate and so wonderful that losing her is heartbreaking, but we cannot watch her suffer any longer.
We love you girl.

My beautiful beloved dog passed away yesterday after a week of suffering due to liver failure caused by unknown reasons. He was the most beautiful, sensitive, smart, loving dog I ever known, and was blessed to have him in my life. He was a true angel and I loved him and I miss him terribly. When you were born, I swore that I wouldn't get attached, but you won me over so quickly. In just a short time you became my "little puss", and I knew I wouldn't give you away.

I don't know if this works all I know is everything hurts. You got so sick so suddenly or had you been fighting so I couldn't see. I hate so much that the cost of treatment was so high and there was no guarantee you would survive. I felt so helpless so alone, the guilt wondering if I could have done more.
